PRODUCTION OPERATOR
Description
  1. Operate production machines and equipment according to work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  2. Perform production activities according to assigned tasks and daily production targets.
  3. Inspect products during production to ensure they meet established quality standards.
  4. Identify and report defective products, machine abnormalities, or production issues to the supervisor.
  5. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the assigned work area.
  6. Follow workplace safety requirements and use the required personal protective equipment (PPE).
  7. Complete production records and report work progress as required.
  8. Work with team members and supervisors to maintain productivity, product quality, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
  • Minimum senior high school (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or production operations is preferred; fresh graduates may apply.
  • Ability to understand and follow work instructions and standard operating procedures.
  • Responsible, disciplined, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a production team.
  • Willing to work shifts according to production requirements.
  • Commitment to product quality, workplace cleanliness, and safety.
  • English and/or Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
  • Willing to work in Losarang, Indramayu.
